Our injury management services include:
- After each patient examination, Premier Comp will fax or e-mail
a patient status report form to include diagnosis, treatment plan,
work status, and restrictions (if applicable) to the designated
employer contact person.
- If our clients desire, this information will also be faxed to
the employer’s insurance carrier, third-party administrator
(TPA), and/or broker agency. 24-Hour, Toll Free Appointment Scheduling.
- Premier Comp places its toll free appointment scheduling number
(1-888-594-4001) on every provider panel.
- Clients or their injured workers have access to a Premier Comp
representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Through this user-friendly process, the injured workers select
the panel provider they wish to initially treat with, and we immediately
schedule an appointment for them.
Premier Comp Solutions guarantees that our clients will be kept
current regarding their injured workers’ progress. Premier
Comp will schedule all physician appointments and medical services
for the injured workers with the providers they select from their
employer’s panel. These services include specialist examinations,
physical therapy, and diagnostic testing.
